It's ours!!

Yep....they've accepted our offer...so the house is ours!! Well....sort of. We are still waiting on the inspection and all the paperwork to go through...but as long as all goes well...we close June 10. I am so stinkin' excited. This has been such an exciting year for Trace and I. We've had a few downs, but so many exciting ups!! I can't wait to get in there and start painting. I have so many fun ideas for the baby's room. I can't wait to finally have my very own pallet to apply them to. Trace couldn't be more thrilled. This house is the house of his dreams. Did I mention it has a closet the size of my current living room. I can't wait for Drake and Lily to run outside and be free. I can't wait for summer BBQs and so much more. I just can't wait.
